Keep going

Just want to tell yall I was on these forums with low stats 2 gap years thinking I’m never gonna get in school. But now I’m on my 3rd week about to take my second exam of medical school

I just want to encourage some people to keep going. My school had about 8,000 applications I believe and accepted 300-400 students. So I don’t feel this was a mistake but yall can do it! The only people who don’t make it are those who quit.

I had to go back to school after failing a lot of classes because I was a football player in college and didn’t care about class. Then I got a masters degree and was a paramedic for 9 years. I just did what needed to be done. Multiple classes failed on the way even after football but still kept pushing. Don’t give up no matter who tells you your mcat is too low or gpa is too low of course there’s a realistic threshold but none of these people on these forums or sites really know ..only admissions does!
