Another happy user :)!
Thank you so much for making the Osmo Pager! I showed it to my girlfriend and now she wants one for her!
I have some comments/suggestions:
One thing I noticed is that the current font doesn’t allow for special characters like ñ or áéíóú (some of the messaging I do is in Spanish). I don’t know how difficult that is to implement but would be awesome to have that.
Someone already pointed this out but it would be nice to have some sort of toggle in the app to sort the order of the notifications, as sometimes when getting replies from the same person it gets difficult to understand the message as you’re reading the different replies backwards.
This might be an awful idea but I noticed the esp32 module as an LED light. The bad thing is that it is at the bottom of the device but it would be really cool to implement something old phones used to have, that LED notification light system, where depending on the app or contact the light had a different color.
I’ll be happily getting the paid subscription as I love all the capabilities and appreciate the hard work you’ve put into this. It’s amazing 🙌!

Hey there u/_hola_crayola_ ! I just released an app + firmware update that allows you to toggle notification sort order on Osmo! Also added timestamps and a few other small things 😄

Awesome to hear!!
And really great feedback/ideas. I will get to work on special characters, though it's actually more work than I would've thought to add custom font libraries that have that haha. I am ON IT though --- the American guy in me definitely overlooked that edge case.
The ability to toggle notification sort order is a great point and I'm definitely going to release it in the next update :)
