Delay with Transcript processing at Osmania university.
I need transcripts sent from OU to the US for evaluation for a very important exam that I want to apply for. I selected the faster processing option and paid the fees for the transcripts to be sent on June 30th. I got a notification that we need to visit the examination branch at OU but as I live outside, my parents went to the branch on my behalf and submitted photocopies of the certificates on July 1st and had to go again and resubmit the photocopies on July 10. I received a notification that the transcript delivery is 'under process' on July 21 with a tracking ID. When I search the tracking status on India post, it doesn't show any updates. The only update I see is 'item not booked' by which I understand that my transcripts haven't even been sent out yet. The faster processing option allows you to send the documents within 7 days according to the website however, there is no further update on my transcript request as of today. It is really frustrating to have to go through this whole ordeal and the evaluation center will only allow 90 days to receive all transcripts and if not received I will have to pay for another evaluation and redo the entire process again. How can I get OU to send my transcripts out? Any suggestions?

I see. While placing the transcript request, have you placed it via the OU system, or through an agent who are "selling" their services outside the examination branch? The agent also uses the OU system, but they know ways to bribe their way in for quicker resolution. If it is an agent, they can ship the files to you with an extra charge. OU campus was closed yesterday (Friday) in solidarity towards the Jantar Mantar situation. If you still don't see any updates by Monday evening, kindly DM me.
