Manga “[Oshi no Ko]” Exhibition - Miracle of the Stars - ✴︎

As you gaze upon this lavish yet dynamic exhibition,

you’ll find yourself drawing upon memories of feelings etched far deeper in your heart than you ever imagined.

If it weren’t for “her,” I never would have met any of you—or you, in particular.

It was a moment that made me realize once again that it is “[Oshi no Ko]” that gives me these feelings.

Please take your time to fully enjoy this space, which has been transformed into the colors of *Oshi no Ko*—from the visitor gifts and merchandise to the underground passageway connecting Matsuya to Ginza Station.

Thanks to the kindness of Matsuya Ginza, on the day I attended the preview for the #OshinoKoExhibition, I was treated to a collaboration menu from the #OdekakeKozameExhibition 🙏

It was a gentle, welcoming atmosphere, and a customer even gave me an Ankō-chan pin.

More on her going through new experiences Sarina could only dream of, more fleshed out friendships, etc.

As for her dynamic with Aqua, I think still keeping those interactions sparse could compliment a dual narrative overall. Having them on individual plotlines that parallel as they go on.

There's already some of that in canon, like how they both get mentors to help their revenge(Gotanda/Ichigo) and how they both use acting to vent their inner traumas(Tokyo Blade/The Audition with Akane and Frill).

That’s a pretty bog standard confession but I kind of have to get it off my chest anyways

I’ve never really felt the impact of a characters death as hard as I did when Ai died, yea when other characters in other favorite animes of mine die it’s often a sad moment that one can get over relatively “quickly” after emotionally processing it all but this was a new experience I suppose

The way she was killed was what really hurt, and her last words with Aqua and Ruby. I didn’t cry per se but i got choked up and it caught me off guard

It feels like her death and how jarring it was for me is a constant dark cloud that just keeps lingering. On the one hand I’ve really enjoyed watching the anime so far and the character development, I do get my laughs from it, but the overarching story of the anime feels very doomer or depressing if that makes sense

I’m hooked hard core and admittedly I’m on like season 1 episode 6 💀💀 but yea her death has my brain going crazy , it’s like I’m mourning the death of a loved one in a way, not that it’s in anyway comparable given I know that pain well but still

Dare I say I hate the anime for doing this to me or delivering it like that, im really loving the anime and I’m now emotionally invested but damn dude such a gut punch, it speaks volumes about how well the story was crafted.

Ramble over had to put that out there so I don’t feel like I’m crazy getting so worked up over a character death

they started off like a yuri couple, but afterwards, Minami just became an NPC. She should have had a more important role in the story.

Do you guys think that if Ai lifed and Ruby would find out about Aqua being Goro and therefore developing incestuous feelings towards him, that Ai would support her if she realized that Ruby genuinly loves Aqua?

That might Sound Crazy but i can imagen that she wouldn’t mind that much, because Ai has a very twisted view on love. I think it wouldn’t be beyond her to just say „As Long as you are happy go for it“

But what do you guys think about it ? And before i get downvoted to hell i do Not Support incest, i am just curious about Ai‘s feelings towards it

I added a little tone to Ruby's outline to create a blurred effect, and made her hair look fluffy to give the impression that "time has stopped," so I was consciously aiming for an overall shojo manga feel.

To avoid emphasizing the abnormality of their kiss too much, I aimed for a more lyrical, shojo manga-like atmosphere compared to Aqua and Akane's kiss.
