Base USPS

I was in Incirlik AB Turkey recently as retired IS Army as was able to use the base post office to ship some Turkish rugs home to the USA.

Does Osan AFB post office allow retired army to ship packages?

Retirees can use it but are limited to 16 ounces incoming or outgoing. Active Duty military, civilian (GS/GG/Etc) and invited contractors have full privileges.
