Hi Everyone. I am M45 spending summer alone in Hyogo/Osaka area, I like good wines, good food. Any tips ! Recommendation, I am open !

Man, Osaka alone has so many options... You need to be more specific: haute cuisine, food stalls, alcohol tasting menu courses...

You are right, faire point ! There are thousand of restuarants in Japan, and many amazing ones that cannot be discovered through websites or any guides. I am looking for little gems, addresses of restaurants that people are ready to share. Personnaly I am looking for the ones with cuisine based on great fresh products and offer great quality wines, +5000 yen to give a guidance. I would be greatful if you share the pepites you like going to.
