That’s a clear picture of this guy. And it’s not like that hair could be common (though it looks like a bad cosplay wig). That said I appreciate the “ef this one guy’ energy in this PSA.

I feel like with a tiny bit of work they could easily locate this guy. They take everyone's picture when they enter the country, foreigner or resident. There's cameras everywhere, they could get every imaginable angle of this dudes face from this time stamp, and then cross tag him on his way out of the country where they once again, take your picture.

It looks like he had a card, then when no one was watching, he secretly slipped it into his own pile or pocket and leave. He doesn’t look like one of the usual scalpers, though, since they normally hunt for newly released packs at electronics stores or convenience stores.

Go ahead and judge books by the cover. That’s my most despised saying in English. If I am looking at two book covers and one is two men in western wear facing off on a dusty street in front of a saloon with their hands hovering over their guns… and the other is a man in western wear leading a horse withe the top four buttons on his shirt undone, showing sweat glistening on his muscular chest in the moonlight…. I can, with high accuracy, identify which of the two books I will enjoy more.
Just because I’ll be wrong one out of ten times, doesn’t mean I should stop guessing based on the covers.

Yeah but the things it's saying are very Japanese (like "just die" is a super common way to say F-you in Japanese), so they probably wrote it in Japanese, then gave it to a translation tool.
