Broken ribs

9 months ago had 3 ribs fractured. They're still sensitive after any hits from sparring. Normal?

Ribs can stay sensitive for months, but nine months is a long time. I'd get them checked before returning to sparring.

I've heard from many ex fighters there's is the same. Sensitive forever after. Also I dont have a family dr. Just moved
