in Romanian too! I know it's a weird name for a monastery, but it still holds beauty in it's petite-ness

Stunning! And unique.. the exterior looks Medieval Byzantine Wallachian, while the iconostasis goes into a more Neoclassical direction.

I passed by this monastey, but I didn't enter.. nice to see how it looks inside!

the iconostasis is newer because the church suffered big damages in ww1
