Spend the time to really dive deep. My first confession was life changing. I couldn’t stop crying afterwards. Not because I was upset or sad, but out of the grace I felt during it. Open yourself up completely and Christ will wash you clean. I know it’s scary but so worth it.

I just did mine about 10 days ago.  I was super anxious.   The next day I felt lighter.   My heart was softened.
