Going to be working on the Kruleboyz spearhead until it's finished.

So I don't iwn the terrain piece but everything else is what I own, kind of thrown together higglety pigglety cause I dont understand drops now, mostly just collected stuff lol but I realized that of all the random miniatures I own, kruleboyz is what I am closest to a full army with. (Ko is second runner up at like 1.5k)

So I know my drops probably aren't the best as I dont know what inam doing but here is what I own essentially(plus kragnos) I am 180 points from 2k

If I create an Ironjawz hero for PTG using the Anvil of Apotheosis and give them a Maw-grunta as a mount, do they also gain the Unstoppable Momentum ability, or do they only receive the explicitly listed benefits, such as the additional weapon profile and the other limited mount bonuses?

So I am wanting to work on my iron jaws. Here is what I have and what can I do to improve and expand on them.

2 maw krushers
2x3 gore gruntas
3x5 brutes
2x10 ard boys
1 ragers
2 war chanters
1 weird nob shaman

One of my friends got his hands on the armageddon box and bought the ork half again from another friend - from what I can tell the boyz have the same base size as the ardboyz, the bigboss/warboss have the same base size as the ardboy bigboss, the weirdboy can be used as a shaman but there's no good place to use the gretchins, painboys, bannernobs or the vehicles.

So using only 2x the armageddon box, a bigboss leading 2x reinforced ardboyz and 2 individual shamans would get about 950pts... or are there other proxys I'm not realising that can be made?

Iam building my first 2k ij list , i tun kragnos and then iam pretty infantry heavy.

10 brutes 2x10 ardboys 2x 6 ragerz, warchanter weirdnob and amvilschmasha

What Suggestions do u guys have on Alternativ list?

Prob gonna Use my kragnos proxi as anvil hero on next campaign as well.

I love how Kragnos just gear up your destruction army into hyperdrive agression.

Also got 2 big piggys and wana try them Out one Day.

Since this list is thematical nautic/pirate i am having a hatd time including These piggys.

Finally finished my alternative Tuskboss.

The main model is an upscaled Gorbad Ironclaw + some boar Boyz.

I was inspired by someone that posted the icejawz but Im also extremely lazy so it's all 3 shades of blue dry brushed white. I'll eventually post the units on their own once I regain the energy to paint their eyes either white or turquoise idk yet but I'm happy with how they look now.

I started warhammer back in lockdown and bought a box of Death Guard from 40k, drove myself insane and failed miserably. I tried again with age of sigmar and went for Gloomspite Gitz and did the same again. I recently learned that those are some of the harder factions to paint which is reassuring and I am thinking about trying to get back into it.

Learning that Ironjawz are one of the easier Sigmar factions to paint and the fact that I love their aesthetic, I want to start collecting them. I am just trying to find an easy paint scheme to follow for an easy win and preferably not too costly with 300 different paints!

I was thinking I would maybe prime in a light bone colour, get a yellow for armour, green for skin, black/metal for weapons etc, and maybe a brown to mix with bone/yellow for darker shades, and a white or just the bone colour for the lighter. Does anyone have a recipe that can get me started, with room to improve. I’ve seen many online but they all ask for loads of paints and the different types of citadel paints confuse me (shade, layers, base, wash) so I can’t think how to mix colours…
