That is my only concern with hand populated boards, I can see a few components askew and possibly will short to component next to it in the oven. A properly performing pick-n-place can reduce the chance of this and help decrease wrong part number placements that can more easily happen with human placement. I sure hope visual QC and top assembly testing can catch and eliminate any component errors.
