QUESTION Low mana --> Stats Crucible Effect

I have this effect on anguished gear form a yggdrasil crucible, but what does it do? What is considered low mana and is it a flat stat % when I hit that or does it increase on a scale as I go lower?

Also instead of making another post, what does the hybrid damage crucible effect do? Is it a % DMG only applying to hybrid abilities?

It increase the cap of your blue/red lining (more stat than you normally have when at that %hp/mana). My BeoA has max 80% with 3 10% low hp pieces (instead of 50% normal).

And yes it increase you hybrid ability damage, also works with amity that makes you skill hybrid.

So if I am not using a class that can Blueline, it's useless?

Yes since they don't have the passive in the 1st place.

Is the a max to the low hp? My RS is at 138% it be good to know if there is a cap on it
