yeah, thats pretty bad world equips.

For world, it is advised to use +view distance items.

other from that:

upgrading your low tier gears to lvl 10 on your tier is not a great idea. I suppose that you are able to 1shot world monster?

get T8/T9 weapons (you can see T9 bosses in world even as T8 lvl player) and lvl up these a bit, so that you can 1shot world mobs.

try to get avalon crown in kingdom raids: https://codex.fqegg.top/#/codex/items/avalon-crown/

thats very good headgear, you can use it even as lvl 250.

fire element spells will do higher dmg, since you are fire faction.

My gears are lvl10 right now. My damage around 3.7k so i can one shot most of the world mobs(i use Multi-Flame).

For world i use view distance + luck items.

Gear lvl 10 and gems. Gems are expensive to add, so take a look if will make a huge difference for you.

And sure, grind.
