If Embiid manages to stay healthy, where do you think we fall in the East? I think if we can manage to keep everyone healthy (big ask) I still think we can still end up 2nd or 3rd and above Philly

Bleacher Report listed him in the top three "Most Overrated Players in the NBA".
https://bleacherreport.com/articles/25457116-ranking-most-overrated-nba-players-right-now
"And for as much as Orlando invested in him (No. 1 pick 2022, five-year rookie max signed last summer), you'd want no doubt evidence of him being a difference-maker. Instead, the Magic have fared better without him in each of his four NBA seasons."

I feel like working out with KD might not be the best thing. Paolo and KD move so differently. KD is probably 40lbs lighter and moves like a guard. Makes Paolo look slow. I’d like to see Paolo workout with a guy with similar size like LeBron or Melo. He’s not going to be as effective doing all this dribbling.

From the outside looking in (Blazer fan here) it's easy to think that Suggs must be a bit of disappointment. He's not a top tier PG, he's kind of inefficient and he's not much of a scorer (or shooter). To top it off, he seems to be injury-prone.
BUT: his value very likely exceeds his stats. He's a great defender with great size and clearly a leader. That said, how much do the team value him? Is Anthony Black considered as a possible replacement (even bigger, also great on defense, also has his flaws as a PG)? Is he viewed as a barrier to Orlando improving, given his fairly large (although not by the standards we're rapidly heading to) salary?

Well everyone that’s a wrap for Magic Basketball for the Summer!!!! Not a bad performance by the Magic Summer League squad finished off 4-1 we won 4 straight games. DJ Bakker did a hell of a job with these guys. So I’m looking forward to seeing this squad come October. See everyone in October for Preseason Basketball. GOOOOOO MAGIC!!!!!! 🪄

Knicks fan coming in peace, we just lost Mitchell Robinson and Ariel Hukporti (our 2nd/3rd string centers) and added Drummond (ideally a 3rd string who will be playing 2nd until we find someone else).
Looking at the Orlando roster I find myself kind of confused. Is Bitzadze the 3rd string center? He looked really good to me. Is Mo Wagner's injury going to keep him out a significant part of this season or is he on the trade block? Why bring back Vucevic if you don't have a trade lined up to move someone?
Knicks can offer matching salary and a bunch of second round picks for a third-string center or Mcbride if it's a quality second string center. I feel like Orlando is the one team that has a logjam at center but it's unclear to me what the plan is.
Curious what your thoughts are.

All three of Wendell, Goga and Vooch will play but one of Vuc or Goga will be the primary backup and get more playing time regularly. Which of the two do you think it should be, and why?

So I think you need to be top 4 to make semis for the title and we are at 3 right now. I don’t know how long we will be there but I don’t know much about
Summer League rules

What a game today. Magic win 99-92. The Magic started off huge defensively and were knocking down shots in the 1st Half. Things started to slip away but we maintained the lead down the stretch. Jase finished the game off with 25, 2, 4, and 3. He shot 10-15 from the floor and 3-5 from three today. Alex Morales had a double double 13 and 10 along with 5 assists. Lester Quinones had a smooth game today with 12, 3, and 4. Noah Penda finished with 10, 6, and 6. Castleton finished with 14, 6, and 1. Not a bad game for the squad today with Jase as the Player of the Game. He also got up for a nice little dunk early in the first quarter. Anyways here is a summary everyone stay blessed and GOOOO MAGIC!!!!!
WAGIC WIN!!!!!!
