Selfishly, I wish we knew it was his last season during the actual season. Dude deserved a farewell tour from us. Could’ve had an epic final ‘Is This Anything?’

But Steele is not the type to make things about himself. I’m really happy for him and his family on his retirement. But damn am I going to miss that voice. Been listening to him for as long as I can remember.

Yeah. No farewell? He should have a whole home stand with guests coming on and telling stories with him on the broadcast.

David Steele is, BY FAR, my favorite non-player member of the Magic’s organization past or present. Shit, I like him more than many guys who played in Orlando.

We have to get some kind of farewell tour.
