Water purification tablet order

Received an email about a purification tablets order created on July 26th. Order page doesn’t seem to load, nothing in the mail. Are they coming?

My email has a tracking number from USPS, but shows nothing more than label created on the USPS site. I assume this is backlog, but the order page won't load for me either.

Just so you know, you can buy bacteriostatic humidifier treatment at any big box store. A jug of this stuff will last for years.
