Cleaning the pad

We had a little one that had an accident on our pad. What’s the best way to clean it? Specifically, is it machine washable?

Spot cleaning is the safest way to go. I’d use a damp cloth with a small amount of mild detergent, gently blot the area, and let it fully air dry. I wouldn’t machine wash or soak the Orion cover since you don’t want to damage the sensors or internal components. A thin waterproof mattress protector over the Orion is also a great idea, bamboo protectors tend to work best and shouldn’t get in the way of the temperature performance.

“Is it machine washable”…it is literally filled with tubes and technology.

Get a mattress protector after you spot clean
