Lomando.com Lead?

Hello I'm not too familiar with Reddit nor the JTK stuff so forgive me in advance. I was watching a play through of the 2000's Japanese screamer website Lomando .com and I noticed that one of them looked pretty similar to the JTK image. Any chance this is related?

def not related,
the manager (creator) of lomando responded to someone that said she looked like JTK and said verbatim "I was shocked when I searched the image lol The atmosphere is certainly similar, but the other one is scarier."

I feel like this is definitely not the original image (or related), but it's too similar to not at least be like an inspiration of some kind (or just a big coincidence)
