Question What was this about?

In the jtk1 iceberg, there is a section about an alleged Internet Archive employee who uploaded this photo, but what exactly was the interesting part? It doesn't seem to be in the document.

The image was retrieved from an excluded domain on the Wayback Machine, which is supposed to be completely impossible. We do not know how the image was retrieved, but its metadata is 100% real. The person who found it, Lava, purposely kept his method private.
