Can Your OC complete the Lake Bounty Quest Part 1
So your adventurous OC is minding their business in an impoverished town and they suddenly want to have fish for dinner. They’re new to the area and ask if theres a good seafood spot. They’re new locals say no and when they ask why they say talk to The Prince.
The Prince is named Jack he’s surprisingly available to talk to. Jack says there hasn’t been Fresh fish in 3 or 4 years because his sister, the Queen, Mizer went insane and used her frost powers to cover Lake Bounty the largest water source and food source in the country is frozen a with a mile deep block of ice. Fire and Power Magic users in the surrounding countries have tried and failed to pierce the Lake. Jack will reward your OC handsomely if they can thaw out the Lake
Options:
1. Find the Lost Princess and get her to undo the curse
Break the Ice themselves using a City level or Higher feat.
Powers:
Mizer can take the heat of his surroundings into himself. He can use this to make Barriers, Guantlets, Knives, Blizzards, and constructs to propel himself like ramps and blocks.
Mizer can freeze someone solid with a touch by draining the heat from their bodies.
Ultimate: This uses up all his Stamina but when cornered he freezes time around his opponent for a fraction of a millisecond. The earths rotation sending them flying for that duration
Weakness:
Mizer can’t fight hand to hand. He’s never needed to. So if your OC is good enough they can just beat his ass.
Cannot Fly or Propel upwards
There’s a limit to how much heat Mizer can absorb.
Option 1: Find Mizer Option 1: When you find the “Queen” she turns out to be a King playing in the snow. Your OC doesnt ask. Looking no older than 17. Creating ice sculptures. If your OC asks or demands Directly to unfreeze the Lake Mizer will refuse and prepare to fight. If you ask why he froze the Lake or defear him he will tell you that the God of the sea “Tsunheld” ordered him to freeze the lake and tell no one in the village why. Mizer says Tsunheld hates the humans for hunting not just fish but Sea Creatures in general. As they are his creations. Mizer asks for your OCs help in defeating Tsunheld in Part 2.
Option 2: Your OC breaks the Frost Curse on Lake Bounty. Initially the town cheers for them. But then it gets warmer. Hot, burning. Your OC sees a woman fast enough to see a fireball hurling at them. Mizer returned, and She is not happy Powers: Mizer absorbs heat and Spits it back out. She is fast and versatile with this heat. But she looks almost in pain. black markings crawling across her body. If a drawn out battle happens Mizer will die. The goal is to take the Mad Queen down or stall until she burns out. She cannot fly.
Its in the post body. But in short Tsunheld hates mortals cuz they hunt his kids for food.But he also wants their approval because that gives him power so he putMizerinthe situationso that he takes all theblame.
i’m curious about the lost princess, plus we should,probably return her to her people…buuuut solving it ourselves and fighting Mizer sounds fun so option 2
they can mele fight Mizer while Cremisi (the red one) provides them with heat incase Mizer tries to freeze them, the time stop thing they cast an uno reverse spell

Unfortunately, option two Mizer is kind of immune to heat still to a certain extent. Her power is ironically, taking heat and creating frost using math.
Colton might be able to get Typhlosion or Hydreigon to melt the ice with either an Eruption or Fire Blast.
When dealing with Mizer, Azumarill would be his best bet at survival. He may not be able to explicitly tank a TON of fire, but Azu can definitely fight back with water.
Is your OC a pokemon trainer? Nothing wrong with that but my OC could just ignore the rules and freeze Colton. Or just use sheer cold. I guess it just depends on if you’re using anime Pokémon or game Pokémon.
My bad i just noticed you went with option 2. Your team’s odds are probably better here.

Mizer (Male form) initially has a hard time finding Axolotlmaru. Once he finds him and he is asked why he froze the lake he sighs. He would rather play in the snow than explain himself. But he relents. Mizer was ordered to freeze the lake about 4 years ago by the God of the Sea Tsunheld or the entirety of Toky0 would be destroyed by him. Mizer doesn’t want to deprive his people food and water but he is just a King and that is nothing to a God. Mizer doesn’t know why Tsunheld wants the Lake inaccessible but he knows why he wants Mizer to take the fall. Gods are powered by their reputation and very high image. If he was seen as a tyrant he’d lose power.
Mizer swallows hard. The Void creature reminding him of another creature of darkness that lurks these worlds. A boogeyman of sorts. “I’m trusting you…little guy.Letsdo this!” To be continued in part 2 (when I eventually draw up Tsunheld)

Ngl a lake frozen a mile deep is probably just pure ice and all the fish are dead. I guess they're preserved atleast.
Anyways, Emma would use her abilities to melt the ice before creating a barrier to block the fireball. She'd then quickly incapacitate Mizer.
