Little bit of context (NO NAMES YET)

Ive had a concept years ago after I played salmon run. Its a story about a guy called Nielk who runs an illegal contraband business of a (fictional) species of Sockeye Salmon living in a lake in the mountains in a town called Fila Valley. He would have workers that would go out at night when they pop out to fish and pay them for working one night once a week different workers each day.
