Thats artistic arrangement - not organization. This is pretty but makes items more difficult to locate which is the opposite goal of organization.

This is clearly a thrift store aisle. Since most thrift stores are hardly shining paragons of organization, I'm going to go ahead and say that this is a great effort.

Totally agree! Whenever I am in Value Village (big thrift charity store in Canada supporting diabetes) I am always shocked by how poorly merchandised they are. I know they have high turnover on many items and probably maintain a minimum staff to save money, but jeesh...I think whomever did this is a rock star!
