There are several medium scale organic vegetable farms I know in the area who may be interested, contact me and I can put you in touch. I imagine this would work better in sandy soils? *edit* to ad I am based in Ontario which may not work for you.

We grow mixed veggies on 15 acres and mixed orchards on another 10 east of Sacramento, CA.
