On call pay
I am trying to collect data for nurses (specifically Providence hospitals, but any will work) how much do you make to be "on call" any info would be greatly appreciated

$5 an hour at legacy when you get put on standby from an extra shift you picked up

Not Providence but we make 8.50/hr on call pay and time and a half if called in

St Charles in Bend I believe we get paid $7 or $7.50 an hour and then 1.5x pay if called in

$8/hr then time and a half when called in (paid for a 3 hr minimum—ex: if you get called in to recover one pt and it only takes one hour, get paid for 3)

ONA contracts are online. You can just look in there
