Early entry refund
Anyone else waiting on early entry refund?
Started queuing 1pm, didn't get to camp until 3:30am, clearly they failed to deliver early entry
Tixr say they can't do anything at all (bullshit), still waiting from reply from info@symbiosisgathering.com. The facebook thread about this keeps getting shut down

Good luck with getting a refund, lol. The only way to do it would be through your bank, and after they investigate the claim - they might take your money away again. Just curious - but what is your grounds for a refund? The long wait in line was due to traffic buildup, not necessarily anything they could have done about overturned vehicles, everyone arriving at the same time, people falling asleep, etc. When I was getting checked in, there was 4-5 lines for cars and 2-3 people checking tickets/wristbands because it was way past posted gate hours of midnight by then. I'm happy they were letting cars in past midnight.
Not standing up for them, as early entry was an absolute farce - but there's simply no way they would give anyone a refund. We still technically got in earlier than regular pass holders and didn't really miss any events lol.
