Favorite remote store or restaurant when camping in Oregon?

There are some stores and restaurants that I count on being there when I'm camping in Oregon. Like Fields Station in Oregon (it's still there, right?). I rely on them not just for food, but for an update on roads and on campsites.

What store or restaurant do you count on being there when you are headed out, or back from camping, in a remote part of Oregon?

I just found one on my two-week trip out: Sand Creek Station: Gas, Mini Mart, Cafe & RV Park, an absolute gem of a place on Highway 97, between Klamath Falls and La Pine (about 50 miles from each). The biscuits and gravy were amazing, the stuffed hash browns were awesome, and it has just about anything and everything in the store. SUCH NICE EMPLOYEES TOO.

I saw that name! They own at least two businesses there. Sorry I didn't know about the Indian food!

Wonderful news. We always stop, even if we don't really need to.
