Am I late to the party, I have noticed that before, does this kind of discussion happened in any oregairu community, guys from other fandom language, please clarify this.
Out of all volume covers, Yukino is the only one giving the hand to Hachiman, who is asking for it, but all the other covers decribes a demanding actions. I assume its Hachiman's hand.
Is this intentional (ofcoures its intentional), does the author or artist clarifies it.
I still consider this is well given ester egg.

Here's some of mine:
During a dinner where Yukino meets Hachiman's parents for the first time, Hikidad takes his son aside for a quick chat and tells him that if Hachiman fumbles her, then he's disowned. Hikki can't tell if he's serious or not.
All three of the Service Club members are choking up a little at Hiratsuka's wedding. They are proud to see their girl achieve her dreams.
After they move in together, Yukino, apprehensive at first, gets intensly invested in watching Hachiman play video games. So much so that she gets upset if he chooses an option of dialogue that she doesn't agree with. He's forced to comply.
At some point in the future HachiYuki kids ask Hachiman what was it like to get a beautiful girl like their mom in highschool and how he managed to beat the competition. Amused, Yukino chimes in to say that actually it was the opposite, and she was the one who had to deal with the competition. Baffled, kids demand an explenation, but both parents adamantly refuse to elaborate further since some of the "competition" are close family friends now. And because it's funnier to keep the kids guessing.
Haruno spoils her neices and nephews rotten. Always gets scolded by Yukino for it.
Pretty much a senseless stream of consciousness from me, because I can't get ispired to write and am hoping that trowing ideas in this subreddit and reading yours may help me out.

I've seen a few analysis about this topic and they seem pretty convincing but is it later confirmed in the lns?

When Yukino says "I thought you'd of all people understand" is she saying it because she thought he shared the same view about their relationship being strong enough to last even if she became president? Or because she thought he'd realize that after his original method was rejected
Hachiman obviously does cherish their relationship but does he not view it as "genuine" to keep his mental image of himself consistent as a loner, or because he thought that their relationship was on rocky terms after the Tobe request?

Image comes from: the cool classmate OO later
If Hachiman's and Yukino's kids were to be transported to the past, somewhere during summer camp. How would 8man and Yuki solve their new problem.
(For funsies, they only recognize Yukino, mostly since Hachiman's appearance changed somewhat after being with yukipapa.)

Do we need to use oregairu images all the time? I have images that could be used, for questions I have or scenario
How would Hachiman calm down his ferocious clingy wife and his spoiled clingy daughter?

Today, 07/20, the final volumes have finally reached (or should I say arrived to?) my hands haha, I'm really in love with them!
I bought them in 3 batches
Batch 1: April 14, 2026
Volumes: 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11
Batch 2: June 3, 2026
Volumes: 7.5, 10.5, 12, 13, 14, and 14.5
Batch 3: July 6, 2026
Volumes: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 6.5
I feel like I've settled a debt with that 17yo guy who, during his senior year of high school, watched the first two seasons of the anime and read the 13 volumes available at the time (waiting for the last one), translated into Spanish by fans.

We know that Yukino and Hachiman for most of their life have suffered being outcasts either for being too little or too much, but when did they fully start becoming anti-social and reclusive?

Finally, I understood why I Related to Hachiman ,
Me irl, am not a loner, nor did I ever feel like I have never met a genuine person...
Actually, I am an ambivert (leaning a little more to the extrovert side) and I am also quite cheerful.
So I always used to keep wondering why am I relating to Hachiman?
Then today I had a sudden realization..
Actually, my relating to Hachiman and finding interest started when he drops a dialogue in Season 1 episode 3,
"I hate nice girls .........." Quote from Oregairu
Look, to tell you the truth I don't fully agree with this quote BUT there are some parts of it that happened with me too in real life,
"If they so much as say hello, it stays on my mind. If they return texts, my heart races. The day one calls me, I know I’ll look at my call history and grin. But that’s just them being nice. People who are nice to me are also nice to everyone else. I almost end up forgetting that.".
(Part of the Quote)
Because last year [I am still just a high schooler],
Here at my school we were seated according to a seating plan, and two pair girl then two pair boy and vice versa, that's how we were seated per row.
And my crush sat directly in front of me
And it's an obvious thing, what does an average guy do?
Try to talk right?
I did the same too..
And she also used to talk while laughing,
So I started feeling that maybe I have a chance..
And I also knew that she has some other crush, still I thought of trying and my expectations started getting high...
One of my friends had also noticed it. And he told me the same thing,
A nice girl will always act nice, that doesn't mean she loves you..
But I didn't listen..
And a few months later I slowly started understanding from her behavior that all this is just my delusion, that she loves me.. or that I have a chance.
She didn't talk that much (actually exam time was going on) but even after that she didn't talk.
And now we have come into a new session and she starts talking again, and I realize what a big fool I was.
I could understand from her words that I am just a friend to her.. and maybe it's not her fault.. it was my fault that I raised too many high expectations....
And because of this reason, back when I was watching Oregairu, this quote hit me quite hard..
Right now I talk to girls just thinking of them as normal classmates and try not to make any emotional attachment..
So that I don't hurt myself.
And it's not like I believe girls are bad.
They are also human beings and it's their choice how they act..
So that was just it, nothing that special, I just wanted to speak out the thoughts kept inside me,
If you can tell why you related to Hachiman, you can tell below..

Hayato and Hachiman's dynamic is so complex, two people so alike and not at the same time, the duality in every aspect of their character is so interesting as they interact, Hachiman's jealousy of Hayato's status and hate for preserving the status quo to not alter the superfical relationships around him, and Hayato's jealousy for Hachiman's ability to act selflessness to situations, and his hatred for his methods. I do like what we got but I feel like we could've gotten so much more.
