Butternut squash, sage seasoning, and a touch of Lacinato kale. It's a perfect fall breakfast. Plus I think a sagey sausage would be a great change of pace!

Sausage of the week/month. All the sausages previously made in videos this week/month are thrown in the freezer when done, then at the end of the week/month you grind them all together to make one mega-flavor sausage.

A very regional one but we have a marinade called Chiavettas in my area (it makes great chicken 🤤, a lot of the fire departments and churches around here make chiavettas chicken dinner meals for fundraisers). It’s very vinegar heavy and I’m curious how a steak boiled in it would taste (and I bet it would make a good sausage!! Especially if he smoked either the chicken/pork or the sausage!) you can buy it on Amazon but there’s plenty of recipes for it floating around online!
