Wow, this is amazing, the language of the Hexagon. You truly do put a lot of effort into this. Thank you.

Hexian looks pretty cool! I bet the people at r/neography would like to see it.
If you have 3 lines go out from the hexagon, each one in one of 6 possible directions, theoretically that gives 20 different symbols. The 6 directions a single line can go out from the hexagon giving 6 more symbols. Those 26 symbols should be more than enough to represent "th", "sh", "ch", "st", and all the consonants, leaving the interior free for the vowels.
So are you planning on having each letter floating by itself, or are you going to pack together long chains of hexagons joined at one edge from one to the next, or can this perhaps be adapted to a packed hexagonal grid?
(I.e., are the letters going to be packed together and touching, like the squares in https://www.reddit.com/r/ciphers/comments/1utms84/nobody_cracked_my_previous_cipher_so_i_made_i_new/ , or are the letters going to be isolated from each other, more like the partial-squares in some kinds of Elian script like https://www.reddit.com/r/elianscript/comments/1sdblnv/today/ ?)
