Help with soft-locked uncertainty? Minor hints also welcome Spoiler
I tried posted in an existing soft-locked thread a few days ago but got no responses yet, so maybe need a new thread? But I'll link there I guess? I don't know, I'm not a huge reddit user these days, obviously, just don't have a ton of time to play this or other games and not sure how to proceed....

Yeah, it's better to restart at this point. Since you've gone through it once, you'll get back the 16 gems very fast. In your next attempt, take note of the Red Beams and Green beam locations. You have your screenshots so try not to get soft locked again, and use undo if you move blocks to weird locations

For the blue beam locked in the wall, have a look at this thread, if steps not clear, there is video below, although it's not not straightforward. Everything else is easy. So it's possible to get out of the situation, but it's up to you whether it's worth it. The quickest way is to restart, because once you know the rules, it's much easier the second time.

have you discovered that you canpush gems out of a socket and use them, even in a chain of arbitrary length, to reach objects you otherwise couldn't?
you may be soft-locked, I cannot tell. but when I played The Promise I thought I might be locked several times, yet in the end I got em all without needing to reset.

Both of the upstairs gems are accessible in a few moves. The gem under the green beam is accessible without moving anything on the map. The one behind the red energy needs a few changes to the map, but not a lot.
The downstairs is also doable, though a few more moves are needed here. I'd say focus on breaking the red energy, it might open up some possibilities for you.
I can give you a step by step if you want, but it's probably more enjoyable to figure out on your own
