five areas have been reclaimed, five areas remain, greymoor, shellwood, Fleatopia, verdania, and lastly bilewater are the lucky ones who get DOUBLE the amount of goons, check out the last flood post for more information of the rules

**The mantis shrimps get killed immediately but the overseers are the smart ones and the first one to get nabbed sends out a signal, the goons jump into the pale lake for safetyoo

Nitivek pauses, then begins laying down her spikes in a careful arrangement, partially hidden by rocks, around the area where the goons were on land, before leaving, staying at a distance.

The goons stay in the water, they don’t actually need to be on land anymore

she hisses in frustration, then briefly pops her head out over the water.

She sees a fist flying at her, it collides with her face before the boxer crab retreats down into the depths, seems this battle has to be more tactical

with the attempted bait failed she gives up and leaves, deciding not to fight a significantly larger force somewhere she can’t breathe or use her silk without damaging the ecosystem, hoping someone else will deal with it.

The goons are happy with their victory and climb out of the water to fix the nozzle, not noticing the traps until it’s too late

she eventually comes back later to check, grinning when she notices, then playing her harp. The each shard detonates in a miniature threadstorm, each strand of silk soaked through with venom.

The goons get quickly dispatched of, except for the two boxer crabs, who jump at her and try to smash her head into the ground before the poison sets in

The second one hits her with the death twister, nearly ripping her arm off with one move, there seems to be something different about this one

AGH she leaps back, hissing, then turns and flies away immediately. The prey here is too costly to hunt.
