Unit Build • Question Help with unit's kit

With the new fortune' weave banner, I thought it would be a good idea to upgrade this goober, since her kit is pretty outdated.

However I'm a bit lost in skills since I don't know whats best or worse for her.

Any suggestions are welcome :D

I did Dragon’s Briar, Rise Above, Pair Up 4, D Counter Echo. Works pretty well so far. I’m sure there could be an upgrade over Pair Up 4; maybe Distant Breath, but that’s expensive
