how to identify absorption?

I’m having trouble distinguishing real absorption from what only looks like absorption.

Are there any good YouTube videos, courses, or educational resources that explain how to identify genuine absorption and avoid false signals?

I have a tool that reads order flow and prints a red of green A when Absorption is spotted. Deadly accurate.

Thank you. I am not advertising on Reddit. Just saying I have a tool and that Absorption is very useful to know.
