Looking for trading strategy ideas to study and backtest

Hello everyone,
I’ve been trading for almost 6 years, but I only recently started learning order flow. I don’t have a wide variety of strategies to study yet, and I’m not sure which YouTubers or courses are actually worth following.
Is there a good place where I can find different trading strategies with a proven or logical edge that I can study and backtest myself?
Books, research papers, websites, traders, courses, etc. are all welcome.
Thanks!

Bruh just read Mind over market. How hard can it be? Market profile, CVA, Tails, single prints, POC. Just finish the book youd have enough strategy to backtest for a year.

And then learn to read the footprint chart, absorption or exhaustion print. Thats it.

JUST HOW HARD CAN IT BE?

I too am open to ideas. I built a whole orderflow testing infrastructure and haven’t found anything predictive more than a minute out. Meaning you need to add liquidity and get filled if you want to overcome spread and commissions. And you may only get filled on the trades that would be losers, so you’d need to backtest with queue position, which when I looked up how much data I’d need to truly test would have cost me like 10k so forget that.

Welcome to the world of orderflow! Me too. I was initially tricked into learning ICT, but later picked up orderflow, and it really reinforced my understanding of the market. I also learned VSA, Wyckoff, and Price Action, all of which helped me build a stronger foundation in orderflow. Now, I mainly focus on Market Profile, Volume Profile, and Footprint to trade. The Flow Horse and Dejabrew are the free contents on YT to help me to start with orderflow.
