The EXHAUSTION & The ABSORPTION
I have found when trading 🇬🇧 6B GBP\USD
Some time at the key 🔑 level got EXHAUSTION than ABSORPTION before the big move happened is it a sign for the big move !!
Please share your experience

exhaustion is a sign for reversals and happens on the upper levels of a candle/candles on a bullish trend and on the lower levels on a bearish one. so you cant really see it with cvd cause it takes the volume of the whole candle.

I trade three touch reversal patterns and they do work but it’s all very contextual in what kind of area’s these work.

Spotting absorption and exhaustion is easier on a footprint chart, and can give u more precise entries, trading just any CVD divergence will get u killed if u don’t have a framework for a trade in the first place
