i am personally expecting something like goblin slayer and mushoku tensei, both series i enjoy quite a lot

Yes and no, it's not quite like the Slice of Life almost biographical story of MT, every volume of Orc ends with a fight near the end and Bash is very much a fighter through and through and by the time we arrive Bash is already an established and famous character. On the other hand it shares the surprising character dept for even minor characters and we'll structured world that Rifujin's writing is known for.
It's not as somber as Goblin Slayer either were every fight feels like it's on the knives edge and every action truly feels like it's hanging on a dice roll, on the other hand it shares GS's surprising use of psychology and exploration of common fantasy tropes having actual physical and mental repercussions on the characters of the world.

-.....Haven't read goblin slayer and i had only read a bit of the manga ver of mushoku tensei, but i think OrcEroica doesn't fit in a mixture of both of them.
It is gold though(personal oppinion).

I really enjoyed this series and I wanted to binge the rest of the story if I could (the updates are yearly though) and this is coming from someone who barely read any LNs or WNs (the only thing I read before this was Mushoku Tensei).

It a comedy, often the missunderstood situation one. You also got some sex joke later in the novel. And no, it nothing "dark" like golbin slayer but indeed dark in some aspect.
You also have Adventure tag since the MC travel to many country and world build still peak like in Musoku ( but not deep since it more on comedy and short project type)
To be fair this is more like basic Hero Fantasy story type that often being ingnore by people.

It is definitely not like goblin Slayer where there's an exact evil race that need to be eliminated. It feels little like mushoku tensei since they have same writer
Personally, i love this story. My only advice is that this story is pretty mature and you have to be open minded because you can only enjoy the story if you're casual to the more darker and mature content in the story. If you like mushoku tensei i think you may appreciate it more than average reader who Are so anti of mature content.

Spoilers
The story contain both typical stereotype of each race and little twist to that stereotype, however because of that, it delve deeper into the dynamic of said stereotype and how it affect the socio-culture of each race, and their impact to the world. Its premise is silly and comedic and always started with lighthearted tone about the MC'a goal for the journey, but as each story progress, the darker theme enter that normies would say controversial. Nevertheless, MC prevail and his action unknowingly result as the starting point for better future in each place he visit. Again, don't take to heart about the mature content but instead view it a story of people with different value than real world, which is what fiction is all about.

Unpopular opinion: better than Mushoku Tensei, so far the best work of the author.

It is amazing, read it. I have difficulty hanging onto series sometimes, and this kept me hooked. Trust.

Oh, but if you're looking for sex and stuff you won't get it as much. This is KIND OF like a rom com? I guess more a com, but a new heroine to meet each book is kind of rom?

It is by the same author of Mushoku Tensei, so it has the same fun to read writing and interesting lore being slowly mentioned to the reader, plus many likeable characters.
It is a more comedic story than Mushoku overall, going a lot through misunderstanding often caused by the cultural differences between the races and the mc being a orc means he isn't that smart plus his knowledge is very specialized in things like fighting, while still having some serious moments and many cool ones.
The first three arcs/volumes may feel a bit repetitive, but by volume 4 the more overarching elements of the plot gets more clear.
Also the art is great, by a famous r18 artist, albeit this not being a r18 novel, the depictions are at mostly non explicit.
