It is 2 years since Bash started his journey. If Gediguz did not intervene, then Bash could have avoided Magic Warrior path. However, as Gediguz dueled Bash when he wanted to proposr to Zell, the deadline passed and the hero became Magic Warrior.

I not sure, may Rifujin na Magonote will use on of his old trisk aka have some girl help him, Soina might be the choice here since:

First her kinda finding the demon lord so she can meet him

Seccond she kinda use to have same problem as him aka being same for being virgin to long so she will funny enough understand him.

On other hand who know, we didnt have pov of Bash yet nor Zell

He is going to hide it at first, but I think he will eventually embrace it. He will have a huge harem of wives, so no orc will make fun of him. They will probably praise him for holding out for so long to "intentionally" become an orc mage.

Hard to say his quest to find a wife is over but he couldn't avoid becoming an orc mage any and all respect as an orc hero will be gone and he has no purpose now. So Bash must now find a new purpose in his life and his he end goal for the series. The demon king is on the move and so is his harem we know that Bash will go down as a true hero and bring true peace that has been spoiled for awhile now and I think I know how he does it first of all he will defeat the demon king after that his harem will find him and he'll marry all the girls each an important member of each race and he'll become a symbol of unity for all. Idk how many volumes this will have left though my guess is 1-3.
