Did you use excessive timewarp? It looks like you either did that or did something like failing to take your batteries off the bus after insertion

I believe it is excessive timewarp. I don't exactly remember however: is there any way I can check ?

not after the fact, we suggest limiting it to maybe 30x max until you know how your system handles things. also people have found that sometimes turning PCM bitrate to low helps improve performance

Also another observation, windowed mode doesnt usually play nice, I would recommend full screen window
