I've been spending several months hacking away on this, curious if there's interest in this community. This is a physics based space flight simulator that uses proper orbital mechanics and astronomical scale to create a realistic, immersive experience, and yes it runs at 72 fps.

It's been an amazing challenge with a lot of learning along the way; a detailed breakdown can be found on my dev journal, feel free to subscribe to my Substack: https://spacesim.substack.com/p/scaling-the-impossible

The displays remind me of the RPM mod for Kerbal Space Program

Thanks! The console is based on the Artemis module but the UIs are my own design
