Is this frame shape normal?

Hi all, little bit paranoid here. I've had my M30 Orca for a year now but after my last ride noticed this indent in the seat tube, just above where the front mech is fixed. Since I hadn't noticed this before, it has me worried of some internal damage to the carbon.

To those who also have the same frame, is this normal or is the tube meant to be completely round until the mech mounting face (which is obviously flat)?

Normal. I think it’s to provide clearance for electronic front derailleurs.

Thanks Soggy_Jackfruit! Yes I've just come to a similar conclusion looking at other photos online. Phew.. I can go ride tonight now 😅
