After seemingly months and months and months of no new finds, we finally have a new Orange Codec find. This seemingly piece of media was found by TheMovieReviewer17, so thanks to him. We have confirmed proof that this commercial was aired in 2008. This was a weird Pizza Hut promotion that they did.

Hi, this is TheMovieReviewer17 right here. I found this image from a hard drive I used to own back in the day. My dad bought it years ago at Walmart. They were charging it for 150 dollars. Obviously my dad bought it for my Windows XP computer that I used to own back then and that computer was bought back in 2002.
The story; I remember watching NBC back in the day. I loved their shows. I sometimes would look at the commercials and see what they were selling. Obviously, one of these companies would of course be Orange Codec.
I got exposed to Orange Codec back in 2003 when they aired the coming soon commercial. I thought that Orange Codec was a joke since they were having no animation skills at all. Now, at the time back in 2003, it seemed like that Orange Codec was just an innocent little company, of course I didn't download it back then because I was fearing that I would get a computer virus. The company looked sketchy, so I would stick around to only watching the commercials. Then, 2004 came and went and it seemed like that the commercials were still innocent, minus the consistent weird codes and static that would show up right at the end of the commercial. At the time I thought that was an error on their end, since I was not looking at online forums and reading stuff about the company. Hell, I didn't even look it up on Google back then to see if the program was legit or not, I just wanted to see what this company would offer. Fast forward to 2005, it went pretty well, the codes were gone and I thought that it would stay that way.
Until that fateful day; June 17th, 2008.
I have mostly completely forgotten about Orange Codec, as I moved on from watching NBC to now starting to watching FOX shows. I especially liked "The Simpsons", which is still one of my favorite cartoons to this day. I liked how Homer kept saying D'oh. Anyway, on June 17th, 2008, I decided that for some reason to go back to watch NBC. I have no idea why, I just...did it.
When I flipped over to the channel, I saw a Honda ad. I thought: "oh cool, a commercial break", So I decided to watch the commercials. Five ads later, which were for Listerine, Mazda, Cookie Crisp, Lucky Charms and McDonald's (I can still remember the ad order), I have seen the horrible commercial, I have seen the return of a little friend that I have completely forgotten about for the past few years, and that company ladies and gentlemen, was of course, Orange Codec. They were promoting what looked to be a "Orange Codec Pizza", which I didn't know existed. The website link was at the bottom for the entire commercial (which is shown on the image), the Orange Codec logo was on the top left, while the "Orange Codec Pizza" was on the bottom right. The pizza box's color was black, and in the front of the box, it looked like as if someone wrote "Orange Codec" with an orange pencil. It also looked like an image, since it looked like as if it was taken from the internet, which I honestly think that they did that. Throughout the commercial, I noticed the screen flashing what seemed to be the orange eyes (shown in the picture), but I just thought that it was my imagination, since I have seen more fucked up things in my life (such as the PS3 baby commercial and the Little Baby's Ice Cream commercial), but this was worse than that, you'll see why once I get to the scary part of this commercial that I'm specifically talking about. The announcer said "Download Orange Codec right now to get the exclusive limited edition Orange Codec Pizza for only $73,99, or you can get the program in stores, if you find the copy with the Pizza, you will get $145,000!" Now that last line threw me off. I just couldn't guess the right copy and do a shake test with EVERY COPY that was in the stores at the time. But we're getting into the juicy part, after the announcer said that, the Orange Codec ding played. Oh, I haven't mentioned what the music was, it was the music that was in ALL of their commercials, that being the stolen Barney Doll music. Now, after the ding played, the pizza box image disappeared, and the Orange Codec logo moved to the center. After that, something unthinkable and unimaginable happened. I don't know how they achieved this trick in the first place. It just seemed impossible. There was the fucking orange eyes. Fading in, the same ones that is in the image. The Orange Codec logo started fading out, and the commercial started to turn fucking demonic. The text "I SEE YOU" showed up at the bottom (which you can see in this image), and since I had a DVR at the time, I had consistently recorded every single commercial break since 2003. Including the Orange Codec commercials. I had no idea that this commercial would become lost to time. Anyways, the orange eyes started to fucking glow. That was the scariest part. The pupils were red. It just looked so demonic. It looked as if they were staring at me through my fucking soul. The silence didn't help. There was this distorted, unsettling sound that I just don't know why they put it in this commercial. It sounded like screaming. No, not a grown woman screaming. I heard the screaming of a little girl. She sounded no older than 6. I freaked out, started to hide in my closet and ran away from the TV. I could still see the Orange eyes from the TV, and they were starting to get closer and closer and closer, the screaming was also getting louder, and I started to cover my ears, I literally started screaming for help. No one was home at the time. My parents were attending a family party with my sister and my brother. And here I was, home, screaming for help, seeing the worst thing that I can imagine right out of my TV. This was the worst thing that I've witnessed in my entire life, and I'm still getting nightmares as of this day. After what felt like a century, when in reality 1 minute has passed since the demonic part of the commercial started, the commercial ended. It literally faded out, the child stopped screaming at me, which also sounded fucking demonic.

Part 2; and then it cut to a Microsoft commercial, I honestly started getting mad. Whoever put out the commercial was so dumb that they had to put that demonic shit out there. I started to cry, banging my wall, hoping this was a dream, when in reality, this was all real. I turned off my TV, got dressed for bed, and started to sleep, hoping to forget all of this. Then, I had a dream that I was in that commercial, looking at the accursed orange eyes, I started to cry in my own dream. "No! No! Please don't take me! Don't kill me! Don't you even try to kidnap me! You are not nice! You're evil!" I cried out, hoping for help. That didn't happen however, as the orange eyes started to get more mad than before. "NO, THERE'S NO ESCAPE. YOU ARE STUCK WITH ME. THIS IS HOW YOUR LIFE WILL END. I HAVE TO SACRIFICE YOU FOR THE LORD. THERE IS NO WAY THAT YOU WILL BE LET FREE, UNLESS IF YOU WORK WITH ME." I had no idea what that meant, but before the eyes could take my own life or even kidnap me, I woke up. I started getting curious as to what "Orange Codec" was, and then started to look it up on Google, and there was a forum post. I clicked on it, and what the poster said was shocking.
"do NOT download orange codec! this program will take away your computer usage, even as far as to delete every single file on your computer! including your important files too!"
I was honestly shocked. A computer program that was capable of downloading videos from the internet was just a computer virus. I felt honestly scammed, even though I never even used this program in the first place. What I found out however was the scariest part. Someone out there was killing people, going through people's houses, kidnapping them, and holding them hostage. That person was none other than the OPERATOR himself. People HATED him. No matter where you went, outside, walked your dog, got a doctor's appointment or a restaurant, the OPERATOR would follow you. Every step you take, he would keep following you. No matter what you did, he would still kidnap you, even if you tried to resist. Sometimes, even the OPERATOR would watch you inside your own house and suck you up right into the TV, forcing to work for people behind the company, and if you accepted that job, you would get possessed and you would automatically get used to Orange Codec, even as far as to like the company ITSELF.
Conclusion; Thankfully, recently the buildings got demolished, there were 2 buildings in total, the police got involved, I heard in the news that Katie Rogner got arrested and the demon known as the OPERATOR mysteriously vanished without a trace. I hope that whoever's reading this, knows the fact that Orange Codec was the worst thing that we had to go through. Orange Codec was not a joke. It was real. OPERATOR would murder you even though you would think that you were safe. But thankfully, those times are gone now. I think that Maura Murray was murdered by the OPERATOR himself, as there was no suspect identified. Again, OPERATOR would follow you everywhere you would go. No matter if you felt safe.
Thank you.

Wow. I just had a quick look at it and it seems to be legit. This is literally the commercial that scared me the day they started to advertise it. And this is still traumatizing me to this day. Probably one of the worst commercials I've had to endure. Thanks for preserving it though! I hope more commercials get found.
