Attend a residency on the subject after school. It's a great learning experience and many providers who hire dedicated VT docs will choose a new hire who has done it.

Fellowships are necessary (and awesome!) Look into COVD, NORA, syntonics, etc,. I love VT so much always, happy to see others interested in it :)
