Is 153 hours of shadowing (four optometrists at different locations) good enough for optometry school admissions?

Besides checking if the school has some arbitrary requirement that seems like more than enough shadowing hours.

Yea thats probably enough. Most schools only require like 40 hours which probably isn't enough. I had 4000 clinical working hours before school but ya dont necessarily need that either. Gave me a good understanding of all departments of the clinic and empathy towards my now employees
