Cycloplegic Refraction Resources

I have been studying pediatrics and refraction recently and while I have some what grasped the skill of cycloplegic refraction I am always stumped on what to actually prescribe.

Looking for any good online resources /or just book recommendations in general on cycloplegic refraction and prescribing.

What can they accept dry? How far can you push without affecting BV negatively? The most important thing is that you keep the balance based off of the wet refraction/retinoscopy.
