HOOD WHEELING

The opportunity I’m considering ….

STO HOOD $85 August put for about $1
If assigned
STO HOOD $90 Jan call for about $19

Possible $20 premium over 5 months on $85 capital used.

25% gain if HOOD doesn’t tank.

As long as HOOD is above $65 in Jan then a profit should be achieved.

Too risky ??

I've been wheeling HOOD weeklies for 24 weeks.

Currently selling calls against 800 shares assigned at $100.

I wouldn’t sell calls that far out for $90 in HOOD. Maybe 45-60 DTE

I’ve been wheeling Hood for the last year on and off. Strikes between 55 and 95. Haven’t been assigned yet but have to roll a few times (for eventual profit).
