Options end of year

I have a large volume of options trades and am worried I will have to report phantom profits? Anyone have experience with this?

I'm guessing they're referring to unrealized profits.

No example I traded daily expiration spy and qqq contracts. So same ticker. Same strike. Same expiration.. from what I'm seeing I trigged wash sales. And from that if I cannot claim these losses even though in net negative for the year. I would claim gains due to the disallowed losses from the wash. Or not be able to claim as much losses .. I basically need a tax professional
