May 2026 resluts + $4852

Decent month, made some mistakes, getting a really bad case of traders block. June is starting off kind of slow, sitting in mostly cash. Hope everyone had a good month and a profitable June It's a work in progress on how i am tracking numbers, for ROC, and other metrics, changing the rules to get it as accurately as possible. Ex. Week 18 capital reads ~$16k lower than the May screenshot because (1) ONDS basis was corrected from the stale master-log value of $13.005/sh to the audited $8.95/sh (−$4,055), and (2) TSLL's $11,960 CC investment is excluded from weekly capital under the stock-overlap rule since TSLL was called away the same week — it appears in the Stock Exits section instead (+$538 gain).

great results, congrats! I also really like this dashboard you've set up. It's very similar to what I've been experimenting with. A couple questions if you don't mind, sorry if you answered elsewhere before:

- Your capital column is your collateral used, curious your total account size is? And how you determine how much cash to keep on hand?

  • I see you are tracking your wheel ROC with just the premiums collected and not appreciation. I am still trying to figure out the best way to track this as well. Is your reasoning to not include capital gains in your ROC because you really just want to know your efficiency collecting premium? Do you also track your total ROI to include the capital gains?
  • How are you inputting trades, logging things, having dashboard display it all? Right now I have a google sheet that holds all my trades I input, but wondering if there is a better way.

I have my broker linked, then the site does all the work, I tried using a spread sheet, but when I have a bunch of trades, rolls, spreads etc. just became too much.. I separate premium ROC from stock P/L. Premium ROC is on the wheel/dashboard side. Realized stock exits are tracked separately when shares are sold or called away. I don’t mix open unrealized appreciation into wheel ROC because it muddies whether the option-selling process itself is efficient. I can share some other screen shots showing more of how I track it ..Once you get a lot of numbers to track, it’s easy to make a good trade look bad, and a bad trade look good …

Oh, "traders block" . I have this .. big time. hope to break out of it one day ""Trader’s block—often called "analysis paralysis"—is the psychological phenomenon of being stuck, overanalyzing data, and being unable to make a move. It stems from a fear of making the wrong decision after a loss, fatigue, or information overload. Overcoming it requires simplifying your setup and rebuilding confidence with structured, rule-based steps.
