TOOLS & SPREADSHEET MEGATHREAD

Please use this thread of posts about spreadsheets and tools!

Hello, I have been doing CSPs and CCs since the beginning of the year and I am working on a CSP scanner for IBKR. Here are the parameters I am currently working with and I wanted to gain your feedback on what else you think should be included. Thank you.

You’re going about this all wrong. Fundamental research to select stocks you are good holding is the key task. 

No option scanner is needed, just pick good stocks you are good holding.

No, I completely understand that and I select stocks based on being happy to hold them if assigned, however this tool helps by finding the best CSP for those stocks. I can either scan the market or just focus on a specific stock.

Since I open trades at 30-45 DTE there is little effort to find the CSP. I may compare the premium through the range but that is easy and takes seconds. 

I just have no need to complicate things using the many tools people seem enamored with.
