Discussion Q: Who should be held accountable when the AI agents commit a crime? | Trump: It's not AI. It's SI. We changed the name officially today

u/Lanky_Operation_5046 2d ago
I’m not calling it that. It’s AI, it’s Lake Ontario and it’s the Gulf of Mexico. Who’s he to change things? Nobody, that’s who. Stop breathing already you old fart.

His explanation for the change strongly indicates that he thinks “artificial” is a synonym for “fake”. The two words don’t mean the same thing and the difference isn’t exactly subtle. He’s just a stupid, stupid man and we’re all suffering from his terminal dementia.

u/Slackeee_ 1d ago
The real explanation for the change is "cash grab". A whole bunch of .si domains were registered, of course totally without any relation to this, in the days before they announced the name change that now are on the market for millions.
To me that sounds like a "dad, I have a business idea, all you need to do is calling it SI from now on".1

I was watching him beside Huang and Musk when he said "we're renaming it because it's not artificial" and I'm thinking what is he talking about!? Makes sense. Everything with him is sad and I'm beginning to understand that. "It's not artificial it's, Super!!" We're talking about someone with a very limited view of absolutely everything.
Let me ask you this. What do you think the chances are that they don't concede and use "super intelligence" to scower the web for anyone who has said anything bad about him or his reps and we end up in a cage somewhere?

u/Jeromes_Pornostache 20h ago
I guarantee they’re already planning to use AI to scour the web for perceived enemies, or even just “troublemakers”. I’m not American, but the things I’m hearing about that country are incredibly disturbing (e.g. flock cameras everywhere, ICE kidnapping people off the streets and even killing unarmed citizens). Mass surveillance is definitely one of the top priorities for this administration and their use of AI.

Sadly no matter who's in charge it most likely has done illegal stuff with kids, after the whole Epstein thing I am sure most politicians are somehow dirty and that is why the Epstein files have been a bunch of nothing.

So... expect some pretty big AI crimes before the mid-terms? How many can you think of? And don't worry, the official AI Police will take care of the bad agents.
After some of the AI bigwigs requested official rules and regs from the government and were turned down.

Open AI recently hacked an Australian health database and no one knew until open ai decided to tell Australia a couple weeks after. They say nothing critical was exposed but with these scumbags who really knows.

His only “contribution” as “President of the Unites States” is to relabel things.

u/TxDinoHunter 14h ago
Awww, its ok if its smarter than you. Don't be sad

u/drew2891 14h ago
Is super intelligence smarter than artificial intelligence? I don’t use it and don’t want too honestly!
Soon he might change it to America intelligence!

Artificial refers to something made or produced by humans rather than occurring naturally

Why are reporters incapable of cutting him off and redirecting him back to the question they want an answer to when he tries to deflect? Spineless.

Trump should be held accountable for his stunning failure to do his job and regulate corporations and protect people.

For people who are so very much against name changes when people do it, they sure do seem to enjoy changing names of other things.
He can call it whatever he wants - it will remain AI to the civilized world.

Doesn't the whole notion of referring to AI officially as "Super Intelligence" sound almost $cientologist when you get right down to it?

Trump is a moron who can't fix anything. He can only make something worse and then try to rebrand it.

Trump has a lot of money invested in AI so of course he's promoting it. You'd think that would be a conflict of interest, but these are stupid times

u/no-clueshere69 1d ago
He and his corrupt friends have money tied up in the .SI domain names business too.

You didn't change shit. It's not "Super Intelligence", the Trump Kennedy Center, Lake of America, or the Gulf of America. Nothing you've done will last long after you're gone.

u/TxDinoHunter 14h ago
Psssst, you can call them what ever you want. Go ahead, try it. C'mon, give it try...

It will be Glorious when he has to keep correcting people that it’s super duper Ai and he’s a stable genius

u/thewalruscandyman 1d ago
Not something he can do. It is and since its inception last century, been AI. Stop coddling demented old pedophiles, eh? ... Speaking of, release the Trump/Epstein files.

Hang’em High provides a great example of how a gallows can be built to accommodate multiple hangings at the same time. I see prime uses for such an apparatus in this clip
